There are multiple shipping options depending on how fast you want it, or if you'd rather save on shipping. Times vary but can range anywhere from 2-12 days depending on your needs.
We offer 14-day, no hassle returns for phone cases & accessories. We'll of course try to help you resolve your issue, but if you just changed your mind, we offer full refunds. The product must be returned by you to receive your refund.
In total, it will take about 6 to 11 business days to arrive. One to two days for production time and five to ten days for standard shipping. Express shipping can shave off a few days if you need it in a rush.
Your custom phone case will need to be looked over and printed in our advanced printing facility. Once printed it will go through numerous quality checks that include colour matching.
Although our process can be very close, it isn't always exactly how you see on the screen. We'll work with you if there are any problems like defects or workmanship issues. *However, all custom phone cases are non-refundable due to their custom nature.
