Purchases made online at casemogul.com have a 14-day, no hassle return and exchange policy*  There is no restocking fee, however Customers will need to provide the return shipping.

Return Policy on Phone Cases & Accessories Purchased Through CaseMogul.com (American Orders)

Purchases made online at casemogul.com have a 14-day, return and exchange policy*  Customers will need to pay for the return shipping. Once item is returned, a full refund of the initial order amount will be put back onto the original method of payment. If the item cannot be shipped back there will be a $15 CAD restocking fee and will only be given on a case by case basis, under unique circumstances, at CaseMogul's discretion. *Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, or exchanged. Items that have been used or damaged cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are custom made, for instance custom printed phone cases.
