Our technicians typically do same-day repairs. Then your device will be tested, sanitized and couriered back to you. Remember to back up your phone data before you send it in.

I live far away and I need something fixed. How does this work?

If you aren't able to visit one of our 12 convenient locations across British Columbia and Alberta, our Mail-In Repair Program is perfect for you. Just fill out the form and we'll contact with you with shipping instructions. Once you ship it to us, we take care of the rest!

How does shipping work? What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs will depend on where you live and what carrier you'll be using. We offer free return shipping of your device, so we’ll send it back to you if you have service done. If you decline to have the device repaired, there will be a small fee for return shipping.

Do you provide a warranty?

We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty‡ which includes the cost of repair. Our warranty covers select costs only and does not include shipping to CaseMogul, replacement parts or any additional costs. Battery repairs, charging port repairs, and iPhone motherboard repairs carry a 90-day repair warranty. Conditions and terms may change without notice.

How long will the repair take?

Most repairs can be worked on as soon as we receive them, but some will need to take 5-10 business days, depending on parts availability. Don't worry, we will keep you in the loop along the way so there won't be any surprises.

We only accept mail-in repairs after you've filled out the form. Once we've confirmed it you may ship it.

Unfortunately we only service repairs within Canada at this time.
