What You'll Do
Help customers, fix devices, keep the store running.

Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional customer service.
- Help customers find the right phone cases, screen protectors, accessories, and repair services.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Achieve individual sales targets based on store performance expectations.
- Process transactions accurately in our POS system and keep customer records up to date.

Mobile Device Repairs
- Diagnose device issues and perform repairs to CaseMogul's quality and safety standards.
- Handle every customer device with care, precision, and attention to detail.
- Work efficiently while meeting our expectations for quality and reliability.
- Keep building your technical knowledge through hands-on experience, training, and coaching.

Store Operations
- Complete inventory counts and stock checks accurately and on time.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Follow merchandising standards so products are attractively displayed, restocked, and organized.
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and efficient shopping experience for every customer.

- Support and welcome new team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to reach team goals and deliver great service.

What We're Looking For
Enthusiastic about tech, great with people, ready to learn.
You don't need to be a repair expert. We train you on the technical side.
Requirements
At least 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience.
Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
Familiarity with Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy devices available in Canada.
Open availability for full-time work, up to 44 hours per week.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn technical repair skills.
A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
A genuine interest in growing with CaseMogul.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
