How are you going to pay for my iPhone, or what is the payment method?
When you agree to sell us your iPhone, we will e-transfer* you the funds
*Please allow 30min before funds appear. We will ensure the funds have been transferred correctly or fix any issues that can arise.
How does the grading standard work?
Like New / Good Condition
Device is in excellent “out of the box” condition with minor signs of use. Fully functional with all features working as intended. Battery health is 90% or higher.

Fair Condition
Device shows signs of normal wear and tear consistent with regular use (e.g., light scratches or scuffs). Fully functional. Battery health is above 85%.

- Battery health: 90% or higher
Poor Condition
Device has visible wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or screen blemishes, but remains fully functional and battery health is 84% or lower.

Minor Damage
Device shows light cosmetic damage and may have partial functionality (e.g., one or more minor features not working properly such as a faulty button, cracked screen, or back glass cracked). Device may still turn on and be usable to some extent.

- Still powers on and is somewhat usable
- Battery health: 80% or higher
Major Damage
Device has significant cosmetic and/or hardware damage with limited functionality. Issues may include multiple non-functional features, heavy cracking, water damage indicators, etc. May still power on but is not fully usable.
