What is your shipping policy? +

We ship to the USA & Canada.

There are multiple shipping options depending on how fast you want it, or if you'd rather save on shipping. Times vary but can range anywhere from 2-12 days depending on your needs.

You can email us at customcase@casemogul.com or chat with us during business hours and we can help you with any part of the process.

What is your return policy? +

We offer 14-day, no hassle returns for phone cases & accessories. We'll of course try to help you resolve your issue, but if you just changed your mind, we offer full refunds. The product must be returned by you to receive your refund.

How do I get my case faster? +

Choose expedited shipping to receive your order faster, this will include a tracking number. If you are on a tight timeline we recommend *not* using our Standard (free) shipping option (Canada Only) or Standard with Tracking because it can take anywhere from 2-12 days (or more). Unfortunately we have no control over shipping delays.
